Fundraising Events

Changing Focus is a non-profit organization. As such, we conduct fundraising events in addition to voluntary membership donations to cover the expenses of our professional counselors and administrative costs.

Changing Focus Ellicott City/Single Again
3rd Annual Gala: Oktoberfest!

Please join us on October 1st, 2010 at Blobs Park Bavarian Bier Garten in Jessup.  Doors open at 7pm, Gala from 8pm-12am.  Tickets are $10, and an additional (optional) $10 wristband for wine, beer and sodas or $15 for a German Buffet.  Cash bar and lite-fare menu also available.

The Gala will also feature a 50/50 Raffle, Chinese Auction, Themed Baskets and DJ Ahmad!  Click here to view the event flyer.

Candle Sales

We sell a variety of quality candles through the efforts of our membership. All proceeds benefit Changing Focus. Check the event list to the right for our next sale. Quart candles are $10, pints $7, and $4 for jelly jars.

Contribute while you work

Changing Focus is approved to receive funds from the United Way and the Combined Federal Campaigns.  The designation numbers are as follows:

Please check with your payroll office to inquire about contributions and matching funds.  A great and easy way to help Changing Focus!
